My Steps.
In 2014, I started my journey as a helper. My first day working on construction was as a helper doing Tile (home flooring), and after a week of working on that, I woke up at 5 in the morning and left work around 11 pm. I decided I wanted more challenging things, and everybody told me the most demanding job in construction was brick pavers. There, I worked as a helper for six months, and that experience was worse than a military academy. Working under the melting sun without rest and with limited time for a small cup of water, I took my time to learn everything I could, and soon, I had saved enough money to buy myself a Ford 150 and all the necessary tools. One guy I worked with as a helper recommended a contractor building pools in New Smyrna Beach, and that is how my journey started. After ten years and a lot of sweat, it became Florida's number 1 Artificial Turf Company.
